Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196 “Code concerning the protection of personal data” and in relation to personal data that relates to the customer and will be subject to handling (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Data”), Perdormire Stores, acting as data handler under Article 4 of the Code, inform the customer of the following facts and/or circumstances.
The data handling is designed to let Perdormire Stores carry out the activities necessary for the completion, management and execution of contracts for the sale of the Products. The data is handled using methods and procedures that are strictly necessary to provide interested parties with the products and information they require. It can be handled electronically or using automated means, or even by the use of fax, cell phone or landline, electronic mail or other means of distance communication.
The conferment of data is optional. In any case it is understood that the refusal of the customer to provide data makes it impossible to conclude or execute the relevant contracts for the sale of the Products by Perdormire Stores. The Data may also be disclosed to other parties and in particular to the company eventually in charge of the transport of the products. The data is not subject to disclosure. The Customer may exercise the specific rights conferred upon him/her under Article 7 of the Code.
