This fabric, with extraordinary breathability, is used mainly for the border strips on the mattresses to guarantee the greatest aeration and a constant flow of air. This eliminates 100% of all forms of humidity that might stagnate inside the mattress to ensure healthier and more relaxing rest.

Microcapsules containing aloe vera essence, known since antiquity for its numerous beneficial properties (anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-oxidant), are inserted into the material fibres during manufacturing. Upon contact with the skin or with a simple movement, these microcapsules release the beneficial essence of the substance they contain, which in turn has a positive influence on some of the body’s important functions, resulting in deep relaxation and a sense of well-being.

A highly elastic, durable, crease and pilling resistant fabric is obtained from the bamboo plant that maintains its characteristics even after many washings. The hollow structure of bamboo fiber also gives the fabric excellent breathability, control of bodily humidity and conservation of warmth, which results in a sensation of freshness and relaxation especially during the warm seasons. The bamboo fiber is also permeated with honey pectin, which is rich in emollient and nutrient properties for skin cells.

Bayscent® microcapsules are selectively activated on the fabric to prevent the growth of the bacteria that cause unpleasant odors. Exactly the opposite of the traditional use of fragrances to cover unwanted odors, often not effective and, in any case, short-lived, the Bayscent® treatment favors the elimination of unpleasant odors and gives the fabric a pleasant clean aroma. Bayscent® treated fabric is active at three levels: it significantly lowers the vapor pressure of unpleasant odors, it neutralizes degenerative bacterial action by acting on the receptors and refreshes the environment with a delicate perfume. The treatment does not alter the original qualities of the fiber, allowing for adequate bodily transpiration during sleep. The treatment is also available in the Bayscent® Aloe version. The microcapsules contain essence of Aloe Vera, which offers extraordinarily beneficial virtues (anti-inflammation, analgesic and antioxidant).

This antimicrobial and antistatic fabric is composed of a special viscose fiber with the addition of a percentage of silver and carbon fiber. When the silver ions bind with the enzymes of the microbe cells, they impede activity and proliferation, thus maintaining the antimicrobial function over time. The irradiation (conservation of heat generated by the human body) and reflection (uniform distribution of the same heat toward the exterior) of the silver fiber means that Biocell Fusion is also able to regulate bodily temperature. The carbon fiber rapidly dissipates any annoying charges of static electricity that can accumulate during the night.

Comfort and freshness. The Coolmax® is a fabric leader in managing body moisture. Thanks to its properties, it provides excellent control-regulation of both the temperature of skin and body hydration and allows to remove from the body much faster the moisture released during sleep.

Jacquard fabric, characterized by its typical weaving and design patterns, is a choice that favors tradition but also offers outstanding elasticity and comfort during sleep. The Jacquard Lurex cover is comfortable, elastic, fully removable and washable. Another characteristic of this fabric is to guarantee health and hygiene where it is applied.

Thanks to its qualities, the flax is still an innovative fiber: for the high hygroscopicity and the ability to allow the immediate absorption and evaporation of liquids, with rapid elimination of moisture and heat. The flax is universally known for its qualities of freshness and comfort. It can be washed very often and yet is non-deformable over time. It does not cause allergies because it promotes the natural exchange of heat and humidity, it is antistatic because it retains the electrostatic charges.

Genesi has a special composition, in which carbon fiber, silver and soya are combined to provide profound well-being. The carbon fiber allows the body to discharge the static electricity accumulated during the day. The extraordinary antimicrobial properties of the silver provide natural protection against microbes and bacteria. Finally, the soya provides comfort to the touch and confers an extraordinary sense of protection, like a second skin.

The treatment becomes a fundamental part of the fabric. Thousands of particles are anchored deep in the fibers of the fabric, keeping the molecules of soil at a distance. Liquids such as wine, cola and coffee, which cause stains when they penetrate fibers, form a drop and roll away without being absorbed. The Scensic® technology delivers the psychology of aromatherapy in the fabric, working on the association of a perfume with a state of mind. Studied in 3 different scents, lavender, green tea and loundry. Lavender and green tea have healing properties: indeed, their aroma, with undisputed calming and balancing properties, dissolves physical and emotional tensions, becoming a natural remedy for sleep disorders giving a total feeling of wellness. The loundry fabric, on the other hand, gives a good clean scent combined with pleasant floral notes. Silver, the most efficient antimicrobial agent and the one with the highest value of electrical conductivity, quickly dissipates the irritating charges of static electricity. The silver thread is permanently bonded to a polymer to guarantee the duration of its antimicrobial function over time. Its radiant and reflective properties regulate bodily temperature. These functions resist permanently, even after many washing cycles.

Soft as silk. This fabric is made of a special viscose fiber which is completely biodegradable. It looks like silk with a retention of rich, vibrant colours. The Soft Care is extremely pleasant, soft and comfortable and gives you an extraordinary feeling of freshness and well-being. It absorbs moisture, is breathable and wear resistant.

Super Soft Cashmere fabric, thanks to the extraordinary effect attributable to the precious fiber for which it is named, is characterized by an exclusive softness, recognizable to the touch, that accompanies rest in a warm and gentle embrace.

Stretch is a knit fabric composed of 100% antiallergic fiber, the ideal antibacterial hygienic fabric. Most applications are for a removable mattress cover because it is so easy to wash and has an attractive sheen.

Tencel® fiber is of natural origin and consists of cellulose, the main part of plant cells. The raw material is wood and the production process is environmentally sustainable. The material is completely biodegradable and biological. Like all natural fibers, contact with the skin offers a sensation of softness. Comfort is guaranteed by the excellent breathability and absorption of humidity.

Use of antiallergic fiber in padding has various positive qualities for healthy and comfortable sleeping. Mold-proof and impregnable to micro-organisms of all types, antiallergic padding offers excellent performance and is a great ally for the well-being of a good night’s sleep. Bio Foam Soya HR (High Resilience) is composed of a mixture of extracts of untreated natural soya oils and represents a perfect symbiosis of modernity and nature. Bio Waterfoam is a polyurethane foam composed of water and raw materials derived from renewable sources such as essential oils studied expressly to favor sleep and reduce stress. Bonnell steel springs are known for offering traditional comfort. Each bi-conical spring is made of a patented phosphatized steel wire. A tempering treatment makes the springs resistant to deformation. They are assembled with a spiral to unite them perfectly and ensure that the springs work together.

These mattresses are fitted with many springs, each one individually sealed in its pocket. This allows each spring to work independently of all the others and to adapt perfectly to each separate part of the body. Support is differentiated in 7 zones of firmness by using steel wires of varying diameters. This is a new material. Flexible polyurethane foam is mixed with special microcapsules called PCM (Phase Change Materials), which absorb the heat radiated by the human body and maintain a steady temperature inside the material. In this way, the polyurethane acquires the extraordinary capacity to remain cool and avoid the typical temperature rise due to human presence for a prolonged period of time. The PCM represent the cutting-edge in the evolution of polyurethane performance. Initially utilized by NASA in the aerospace ambit, they are now the ideal application when it is necessary to unite flexibility, breathability and control of thermal exchange. In addition, the presence of silver salts in the composition of the material means that the new polyurethane is antibacterial, mold resistant and conserves excellent hygienic conditions over time.

Sea Foam is an innovative material derived from the evolution of natural sea sponges and produced artificially with synthetic materials. The well-known features of the sea sponge have been implemented, perfected and improved by means of an innovative foaming process that creates a product with an exclusive capacity for breathability. The large full-thickness cells, which are about ten times the size of those in normal polyurethane foam, allow for circulation, but above all, storage of air that is released in contact with the body, maintaining a low, controlled humidity level in the mattress. This characteristic also produces an excellent firmness effect because the air inside the material functions like a series of small cushions that adapt perfectly to all weights and body contours.

Soft Gel® is a completely non-toxic polyurethane material that does not harden or age, maintaining its elastic properties over time. Its essential quality is its capacity to distribute the weight of the body. When subjected to the weight of a body, it tends to adapt to the shape of the body itself. A fundamental component of good rest is control of the body temperature and Soft Gel® is ideal for nocturnal rest because of its low thermal conduction index. It takes about three hours for it to register a significant temperature rise, after which it levels off to a steady temperature a few degrees lower than the body temperature. This favors blood circulation, oxygenation of tissues and produces a pleasantly fresh sensation.

Visco Mind® is a medium-density (approx. 50 kg/m3) self-modelling CFC-free material emulsified with water that has an elastic memory. This viscoelastic foam has outstanding ergonomic qualities and adapts to body contours by slow distension without exercising any resistance. It sustains the backbone properly, is antibacterial and antiallergic.

Visco Mind® HD is a self-modelling material with a high-density elastic memory (approx. 95 kg/m3). The molecules of the material are packed in tightly and amalgamated to guarantee a greater adherence of the body to the mattress and further reduces misplaced points of pressure. High-density provides a valid remedy to the various pathologies (backache and neck pain) that are caused by poor rest during the night.

Waterfoam is a CFC-free polyurethane water foam that facilitates distribution of body weight and induces relaxation of the muscular mass. It is available in many different densities and degrees of firmness to meet personalized rest and comfort requirements.

Latex is a substance extracted from the Hevea Brasiliensis plant by cutting the bark to tap the milky fluid that it exudes. Latex foam derives from the vulcanization of the milky fluid. According to numerous studies, this material can resolve many allergic problems that are becoming more common every day. The natural elasticity of latex allows it to adjust, point by point, to any position of the body so as to sustain it with evident orthopedic advantages.

The innovative Climalatex® material offers a luxurious comfort. Thus, the polyurethane remains cool and breathable in contact with the human body. It also offers hygienic comfort because it maintains the high hygienic qualities and the breathability of the polyurethane foam over time. By relying on the natural quality of silver to inhibit bacterial proliferation, one of the primary causes of asthma, allergies and mold, it is possible to reduce mold and bacterial proliferation by over 95%.
